A² provided construction management services for the Deer Prairie Creek Preserve in North Port, Florida. Construction of Deer Prairie Creek park included shell and concrete improvements for two new parking lots. Additional scope items included concrete sidewalks, 2-pole shelters, ADA Kayak Launch, fishing pier, wood fencing, and associated site furnishings. Work also included site improvements, underground utilities, lift stations, site electric, and associated site furnishings.
